  • La Mont Perfumes is committed to providing the best shopping experience to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, once delivered, opened or used items cannot be returned.
  • Our products contain active natural ingredients. Damages caused by improper use, neglect, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy. Additionally, any adverse reactions due to specific sensitivities are not covered. We recommend performing a patch test before using any product, as instructed on the packaging.
  • In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (e.g., leakage, broken, or missing items) due to transit, a refund or exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification of the issue. Please contact customer care within 24-48 hours of receiving the damaged product.

Refund Policy

  • La Mont Perfumes is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.
  • An unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products.

  • In case of a tampered, damaged, or defective package, please refuse to accept the delivery from the courier.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, contact customer care within 3 days. No refunds will be issued after this period.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days.
  • Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of order delivery. Once accepted, the refund may take up to 15 days to be credited.
  • La Mont Perfumes will provide all relevant details and transaction information once the refund is initiated.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch from our warehouse. A gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted for order cancellations.
  • Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. For prepaid orders returned to the seller, ₹75 will be deducted as a return fee.
